60% of the L.A.S. laboratory operates in the field of food analysis and 40% carries out environmental analysis.
It carries out analysis on food and feed matrices of animal origin and supports companies in obtaining the CE mark according to Reg. 853/04. It performs environmental analysis on drinking water and waste water,
it is the only laboratory in Campania to carry out the evaluation of radioactivity in drinking water.
It also carries out analysis for the maritime sector in cruise ships, cargo and barges: Legionella, cash and pool water analysis, surface swabs (HACCP).
