Manage and implement all of the company's IT operating systems, as well as formulate and execute software and hardware strategies in order to gain the company's competitive advantage
Manage requests and resolve them according to priorities
Assist with a wide range of cases, including connection issues, data access, network failures, poor infrastructure performance
Support the implementation of the Group's IT projects, strategies and applications
Ensure appropriate security controls are in place
Participate in improvement projects to support the function manager
Design and implement the group IT architecture
Define IT policies and procedures
The ideal candidate has the following requisites:
High school diploma in computer science or degree in computer science or or adequate experience
Previous experience in reality with offices located throughout the national territory
Good knowledge of IT network infrastructure and main application software
Good knowledge of the concept of cyber security
Ability to work in a team
Availability to travel
